can my competition within my industry hire blayed media, too?
If you hire Blayed Media via Clutch™, you get to enjoy geographical exclusivity for a 25-mile radius of your location! We will NOT accept another client within your industry, even if they are under the same franchise.
what if I want to downgrade or upgrade my plan?
You may want to downgrade or upgrade your Prism™ plan for multiple reasons, and you may do so at-will! Just request a downgrade or upgrade prior to your next month by calling us directly or sending an email.
can I request a refund?
Refunds can be processed within 24 hours from the time that you sign the contract. After the period of 24 hours is over, you are obligated to finish out the term agreed upon.
what if I want to skip one or more months of prism™ service?
You are free to skip one or more months of Prism™ service at your own leisure! We provide a quality service that performs on a month-to-month basis requiring NO contract. This ensures that you and your money are free from obligation. When you are ready to return, just send us an email or call us directly!
Please be aware that if you do discontinue Prism™ service with Blayed Media, this DOES leave your spot exposed to be filled with another competitor within your industry. However, if you belong in a company where coworkers have also hired us, your spot is SAFE!
what social media platforms are included with clutch™?
The Clutch™ service mainly works with Facebook™ and/or Instagram™. You may also choose for us to manage any other platform that you wish (including but not limited to TikTok™, YouTube™, Twitter™, LinkedIn™, and more.) Additional social media platforms must be discussed prior to the signing of the contract agreement.
can I purchase additional perks to include on my plan?
Depending on the plan you purchase, you may select up to two FREE Prism™ Perks. Other Perks may benefit you greatly as well, which is why we DO allow our clients to purchase extra Perks at an additional cost. For pricing, please send us an email or call us directly!
